Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and ways of working to build high-performing, sustainable teams.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting hardware, engineering, or similarly technical organizations in fast-moving environments.
  • •Experience supporting multidisciplinary organizations that combine technical, creative, and operational disciplines.
  • •Ability to guide leaders through difficult trade-offs and adapt as organizational circumstances change.
  • •Skill in delivering candid feedback with care to strengthen leadership capability across an organization.
  • •Strong judgment to diagnose complex challenges and establish a path forward when playbooks don’t exist.
