Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management commissions end to end, often for large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans and schedules; manage development of the project in accordance with approved plans and targets.
  • •Develop and implement resource plans and procurement of resources; manage budgets and forecast versus actual costs.
  • •Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team and manage risks, change control and stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (Civil Engineering)
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS (preferred)
  • •Experience leading project teams and managing budgets
