Manager II, Operations Management - (M2) 1st Shift

Supervise production and/or operations activities for manufacturing capital equipment and related electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components. Own planning of production schedules, milestone meetings, and performance metrics, with focus on cycle time and customer satisfaction. Drive safety, EHS compliance, Lean and quality improvements, and lead workforce development through hiring, coaching, and performance management while optimizing capacity using real-time operational data.
