FP&A Manager

Lead the Annual Financial Plan, Strategic Business Plan, and monthly forecasting/outlook processes while coordinating cross-functional planning to align financial targets with business strategy. Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and EBIT, and monitor performance to surface risks and opportunities. Own management reporting and variance analysis, consolidate regional/global insights, and drive improvements in FP&A processes using SAP S/4HANA and Essbase.
