Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Prepare and develop project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and other business leaders.
  • •Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Ensure functions remain on schedule, facilitate regular project status meetings, and resolve or advance issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Understanding technical project scheduling (including IT) to avoid work interruptions.
  • •Experience with project reporting to a Director and other business leaders.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Procore or similar project management software (Lucernex experience beneficial).
