Senior Engineering Manager, Language Learning

Lead the Short Form Experience Team (7 engineers) to build the core learning experience on Duolingo’s short-form lessons. You’ll co-lead cross-functional planning with product management, drive delivery from spec to implementation, and use rapid experimentation and A/B testing to improve learning KPIs. Manage talent, set quality standards, reduce tech debt, and build a healthy, inclusive engineering culture across highly cross-functional collaborations.
