Key Responsibilities

•Ensure strict compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations (OSHA/MSHA) and proactively report safety concerns.
•Lead, motivate, and delegate tasks to the paving/construction crew to set everyone up for success.
•Make independent decisions to keep projects on track and efficiently address challenges as they arise.
•Work collaboratively and hands-on with crew tasks including shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow operation, truck backing/dumping, and signaling equipment operators.
•Support site setup, traffic control devices, and general project logistics as needed, representing company values professionally.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt construction or a related field, including team leadership.

•Valid driver’s license; must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
