Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize the mobile growth funnel from store to signup, onboarding/IDV, and first credit action, including running experiments and measuring outcomes.
  • •Build acquisition plumbing such as deep links, attribution, push/in-app messaging, and analytics instrumentation.
  • •Own subscription and billing UX (plans, upgrades, payment methods, autopay, and payment history).
  • •Build resilient payment flows with retries, declines, recovery, and edge-case handling using Stripe/Tabapay with fintech-grade security.
  • •Evolve Flutter architecture, tooling, and release processes; improve CI/CD, releases, codegen, testing, and the design system/component library to enable faster, higher-quality shipping.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of mobile development experience building and scaling production iOS or Android apps.
  • •Owned onboarding, activation, or monetization funnels for a consumer app and can point to measurable metrics improved.
  • •Understands mobile architecture and state management, including MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture, for maintaining a large codebase.
  • •Has shipped consumer apps at scale, handled crashes and edge cases, and supported features across many releases.
  • •Has a strong platform foundation in iOS (Swift, UIKit, or SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin and Jetpack Compose).
