Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret purchaser specifications and translate them into complex drawings and bills of materials for product applications.
  • •Develop and maintain engineering schedules to ensure drawings, bills of material, and key milestones are completed to support production builds.
  • •Collaborate with customers, distributors, and sales teams to interpret and define new equipment applications while delivering customer service.
  • •Advise production and purchasing personnel to support accurate equipment production aligned to purchaser requirements.
  • •Support product line quality and continuous improvement, including peer review, quality check sheets, NCR root cause/corrective actions, warranty investigations, and training other engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of two years’ experience in engineering or a manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable power distribution products and regulatory standards (UL, CSA, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
  • •Proficient in developing mechanical and electrical drawings and reading/interpreting control schematics, specifications, and power flow diagrams.
  • •No immigration sponsorship/support for employment (e.g., CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B, TN status, etc.) and no relocation benefit offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered.
