Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, guiding engineers through ambiguity and ensuring delivery support
  • •Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to ideate, articulate constraints, and balance risks in decisions
  • •Identify and lead resolution of project, process, technology, or business issues
  • •Monitor and maintain team artifacts with metrics and on-call support to keep services available
  • •Set or improve code review and design standards and promote quality culture beyond the team
