  • •Embrace courageous safety leadership and sponsor safety and environmental rules, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • •Direct mill operations teams to implement process plant activities and drive continuous improvement in safety standards and performance.
  • •Optimize factors affecting tonnage, recovery, and cost to meet copper and molybdenum production targets per the production plan.
  • •Review operating conditions and results, making changes to improve plant performance and output.
  • •Coordinate work, personnel, and equipment to achieve mill operations objectives; support budgeting, monitoring plan variances, and personnel/equipment/consumables decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 138,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of senior level experience, preferably in a unionized mining environment.
  • •Experience operating departments of base metal concentrators and working with technical groups.
  • •Degree in Engineering or Metallurgy (asset).
