Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions, and events; proactively contribute to a positive team environment.
  • •Learn and assist in multiple store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Lead by example with Store Management to improve key performance indicators and adhere to Asset Protection policies (shortage prevention, inventory control, compliance).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 11.44 - 13.17

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Have at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English (proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage).
  • •Be able to work a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
