Key Responsibilities

  • •Own practitioner narratives that turn AI capabilities (e.g., MCP, agentic workflows, connected context) into field-ready positioning and use cases.
  • •Carry the story externally through customer sessions, analyst conversations, community engagement, and executive briefings.
  • •Build reference implementations and MCP-connected workflows, creating working demonstrations and demonstration environments.
  • •Enable the field by creating AI enablement artifacts and delivering training focused on implementation, ROI, governance, and limits.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment on AI positioning by coordinating with stakeholders to keep narrative, roadmap, and enablement in lockstep while surfacing practitioner insights into product decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Administered and architected Smartsheet (or comparable work management platforms) at enterprise scale, including Control Center, APIs, and integrations.
  • •Developer background: you write code, work with APIs, and understand MCP and modern AI integration patterns to build working demonstrations.
  • •Run a real function (e.g., PMO, operations org, transformation program) and own outcomes, not just messaging.
  • •Hands-on production experience with MCP, AI agents, or LLM-connected workflows, plus experience presenting to executives and large audiences.
