Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparation of annual and quarterly SEC filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Q) and support ad hoc filings such as Forms 8-K, S-3, and S-4.
  • •Support preparation of quarterly earnings releases and internal executive financial reporting packages.
  • •Perform iXBRL research and tagging to ensure SEC filings are properly coded and audit-ready.
  • •Own benefits & equity accounting activities, including stock-based compensation, deferred compensation, pension plans, and related reserves.
  • •Understand and execute SOX 404 internal controls for assigned areas and coordinate with internal teams and external contacts (consultants, actuaries, auditors) to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
  • •3+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • •Solid understanding of internal controls and SOX 404 compliance.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Workiva) a plus.
