Key Responsibilities

  • •Support store goals during peak and high-volume business periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Build daily client relationships, resolve client needs quickly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, strategize on deficient areas, and support action plans.
  • •Assist with shipment processing and ensure product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.

Key Requirements
