Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily production issues at the test floor and wafer probe, including low-yield analysis and test failure debug/analysis and resolution.
  • •Conduct detailed analytical studies and work with product engineering teams on improvements to test program, hardware, and setup.
  • •Drive productivity improvement projects focused on yield improvement and test time reduction (including test insertion/removal and legacy tester conversion).
  • •Support new product releases by performing manufacturing buyoff for new test systems (program/hardware) per manufacturing requirements.
  • •Lead introduction of new tools/equipment/test processes, including end-to-end qualification and change management approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, or related fields.
  • •3 years of experience as a Product Engineer within the Semiconductor Industry.
  • •Experience with wafer fabrication.
  • •Experience with device physics, circuit analysis, and/or data analysis.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
