Job Summary

Lead real estate corporate banking structuring for commercial real estate clients, advising Coverage teams to source and deepen relationships with private equity real estate investors and REITs. Own deal execution and portfolio management by underwriting secured and unsecured loans, modeling financial statements, coordinating syndications and debt capital market partners, managing credit risk, and negotiating term sheets and credit agreements. Mentor junior team members through underwriting and deal processes.

•Interface with Credit Risk Management for risk management, reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
•Originate loans and create term sheets, financial models, offering memorandums, and client presentations; negotiate documents with clients’ leadership.
