Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Product Managers and delivery teams in defining, refining, and prioritizing product requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and support documentation.
  • •Assist with customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, user research, usability testing, and analysis of feedback to inform product decisions.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, risk, security, operations, and business teams to support product delivery and technology initiatives.
  • •Support Agile Release Train activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • •Monitor risks, dependencies, capacity considerations, and impediments to delivery; escalate issues and support metrics creation to track execution and progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program in software engineering, business, MIS, or Business Analytics.
  • •Demonstrated interest in technology, product management, digital products, customer experience, Agile delivery, or technology program delivery.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate information, identify patterns, and deliver clear recommendations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain ideas clearly and concisely.
  • •Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
