Job Summary

Identify and develop merchant services sales opportunities in an assigned market by delivering a consultative approach to help business clients assess payment processing needs and implement matching solutions. Execute the sales plan to achieve revenue and portfolio growth, build relationships with bankers and product partners, create relationship plans for retention and new acquisition, and report on sales effort and revenue progression.

•Execute the sales plan and collaborate with internal partners to identify and drive client and prospect opportunities to achieve/exceed revenue and portfolio growth objectives.
•Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and support strategic client planning.
•Focus on new business development by proactively engaging the market and selling payment processing solutions to clients and prospects.
•Develop detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
•Provide accurate reporting of sales efforts, sales progression, and sales revenue, while adhering to policies and proactively escalating issues and risks to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 155,000 annually
