•Develop and apply technical depth by understanding Nabat's stack (cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, AI/ML services) and participating in architectural reviews.
•Manage stakeholders and drive alignment by communicating progress, risks, and blockers to leadership with a predictable cadence.
•Champion process and operating excellence by implementing Agile/Scrum standards, maintaining artifacts in Jira/Confluence, and optimizing velocity.

•4–8 years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a software-first engineering organization.

•Ability to decompose annual strategy into quarterly roadmaps with milestones, owners and dependencies.
