Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver agreed pricing and revenue growth targets across UK&I service lines.
  • •Support implementation of effective pricing strategies aligned to market and client requirements, improving pricing quality and commercial outcomes.
  • •Maintain a comprehensive, data-led register of active commercial pursuits and originate new pricing and growth opportunities.
  • •Own and manage the Group CRM for pricing pipeline tracking, reporting, and governance, ensuring data integrity and producing regular reporting.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Client Relationship, Finance, and service teams to align strategy with delivery capability and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience delivering against budgeted commercial objectives.
  • •Strong understanding of the insurance, claims, and legal services landscape and market pricing structures.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate and mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve commercial targets.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems for pricing pipeline tracking, reporting, and governance.
  • •Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail for sales data analysis and management reporting.
