Key Responsibilities

•Scale the Notion platform by identifying and facilitating launches of new product integrations in collaboration with partners, product, and engineering teams.
•Project-manage partner-centric launches from partner onboarding and implementation through go-to-market and post-launch tracking.
•Own and grow relationships with select strategic partners and identify new product and co-marketing opportunities.
•Serve as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring partner needs are reflected in roadmap and planning while providing ongoing support.
•Source, evaluate, and launch first-in-kind distribution partnerships, turning deals into scalable programs based on adoption and revenue signals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 210,000 annually

•7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, product, or growth.
•Strong product instincts and experience partnering closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
•High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity; able to create clarity when no playbook exists.
•Operational rigor with ability to execute end-to-end and manage complex cross-functional projects.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills; can tell a clear, compelling story in docs, decks, and in person.
