Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and support strong stockroom standards and safe, efficient store operations.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to drive store performance and resolve client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store, including sales floor and back of house areas.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
