Key Responsibilities

  • •Start your day at the delivery hub and head out on a route delivering customer items using a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
  • •Load deliveries with the warehouse team and help manage day-to-day delivery requirements.
  • •Coach, develop, and assess delivery driver colleagues on home installations and customer service skills.
  • •Install products efficiently and demonstrate how they work once installed.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and handle unexpected situations with respect and courtesy in customers’ homes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,500 - 44,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience of installation is required for this role, with installer accreditation provided to top up knowledge.
  • •Manual C1 UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points).
  • •DCPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) or Drivers Qualification Card by the first day, and a Tachograph Card.
  • •Previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
  • •Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with great verbal communication skills and a good understanding of technology.
