Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor deposit performance trends across sales production, balance growth, acquisition/retention, and related revenue metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Apply subject-matter expertise to projects related to deposits and debit products.
  • •Recommend new products and enhancements by analyzing business and client needs, documenting requirements, and measuring performance and results.
  • •Assist in designing and executing marketing, promotional, and sales campaigns to drive acquisition, deepening, and retention.
