Job Summary

Provide person-centred care in a care home setting, supporting residents with companionship and personal care. You’ll observe and document changes in residents’ behaviour, support nutrition and hydration according to care plans, and lead social and recreational activities. Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements, working within a dedicated team to help residents live the lives they love.

Key Responsibilities

•Support residents with differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
•Observe, manage, and document residents’ behaviour changes, reporting them according to required legislation.
•Support residents’ nutrition and hydration needs by encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink per their care plan.
•Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, individually and in groups.
•Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

Salary: GBP 13.1 - 14.1 hourly
