Job Summary

Support end-to-end identity and access governance by working with IAM Engineering and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and continuously improve user access review processes and tooling (including Veza). Coordinate periodic access reviews across key applications, platforms, and infrastructure; analyze access data to identify risky anomalies; drive remediation with owners; and translate business requirements into IAM configurations such as roles, groups, permissions, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic user access reviews across key applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
•Collaborate with system owners to define review scope, calendars, and access review criteria.
•Analyze access data to identify anomalies such as excessive privileges, inactive/orphaned accounts, and conflicting roles.
•Drive remediation activities with reviewers and application owners to ensure timely and accurate access closures.
•Support configuration, integration, and continuous optimization of IAM and access governance tools (including Veza) and translate business requirements into IAM settings (roles, groups, permissions, policies).

Key Requirements

•3 to 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, IT security, technology risk, or related fields with hands-on access reviews and privilege management.
•Knowledge of IAM governance platforms (e.g., Veza, SailPoint, Saviynt) and identity lifecycle concepts (joiner/mover/leaver), including least privilege and segregation of duties.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret access data and identify risk-relevant patterns and anomalies.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to create clear guides, communications, and training materials.
•Desirable exposure to cloud/SaaS access models (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, CyberArk) and relevant security or cloud certifications.
