Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy first-of-a-kind equipment and process capabilities by evaluating wafer probers, testers, and probe cards.
  • •Collaborate with global teams to establish and implement best-known probe process methods worldwide.
  • •Engage equipment suppliers and vendors to resolve quality, performance, and change-management issues.
  • •Establish manufacturing metrics and develop new methods/processes to address manufacturing issues and improve equipment performance.
  • •Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data and prepare/present information to manufacturing teams and engineering managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Strong fundamentals in mechanical and electrical engineering, including thermal systems, machine design, electro-mechanical controls, electrical circuits, and stress analysis.
  • •Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments.
  • •Proficiency in project management and basic knowledge of 3D CAD software.
