•Lead day-to-day construction management using PMO standards and methodologies.
•Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline and budget.
•Identify, assess, and manage change events; apply change management processes.
•Oversee contracting and delivery methods (GMP, design-build, time & materials) and monitor vendor performance.
•Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership; clearly communicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role
•Proficient in using data and analytics to influence decisions and manage schedules and budgets
•Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
•OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
