Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and implementation of systems that manage charges and bonuses across all business units, ensuring clean, scalable architectures.
•Ensure the availability and performance of billing services through proactive monitoring and continuous delivery improvements.
•Serve as a technical reference for Product, UX, and Business teams to translate operational requirements into high-value technical solutions.
•Promote software development best practices, conduct code reviews, and raise the technical bar of the team.
•Integrate generative AI tools and automation workflows to improve development cycle efficiency.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in similar roles, proficient in Java, Go, .NET or C# and designing high availability, high-volume applications
•Strong experience with microservices, SOLID principles, relational and non-relational databases, and messaging queues
•Experience with LLMs and Prompt/Context Engineering, workflow orchestrators, Model Context Protocol, and AI-assisted development tools
•Experience in observability, metrics, and testing culture
•Ability to lead design and implementation of systems handling charges and bonuses across business units
