Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Manage daily operational tasks across cash wrap, inventory, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
•Experience operating POS and using basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical requirements, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy and experience with clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
