Supply Associate

Ensure technicians have the correct automotive parts by managing inventory accuracy and processing incoming shipments. Receive, inspect, and stock parts using CarMax internal systems, perform cycle counts, and control supplies to reduce waste. Allocate parts for smooth workflow and promptly return incorrect or defective items to vendors. Maintain a clean, orderly work area while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and providing service to internal and external customers.
