Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute seasonal product strategies and line plans across Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer cycles for Men’s and Women’s categories.
  • •Analyze consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscapes, and business performance to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
  • •Build and manage seasonal assortments aligned to category objectives, revenue targets, margin goals, and brand positioning.
  • •Partner cross-functionally across Merchandising, Design, Development, Sourcing, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing through the product lifecycle.
  • •Drive Go-to-Market execution by facilitating seasonal milestone meetings, assortment reviews, pricing discussions, and sales enablement activities.

Key Requirements
