Managing Quantity Surveyor (KSA, SA)

Maximize project margin and add value to construction delivery through proactive procurement, cost management, and reporting. Perform monthly valuations of work in progress, forecast final costs, manage project cashflow, and manage contract variations, disputes, and final accounts. Provide commercial and contractual advice to project staff, vet subcontractor tenders, and certify valuations. Support HSE initiatives and produce accurate reports aligned to business timetables.
