Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct monthly valuations of work in progress and forecast final costs and sales.
  • •Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.
  • •Measure, value, submit, and negotiate contract variations; support contract administration and disputes.
  • •Prepare and negotiate project final accounts; certify subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
  • •Vet subcontractor tenders and contracts commercially, ensure commercial processes are followed, and support HSE initiatives with reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying/cost management.
