Key Responsibilities

  • •Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for a 0–12 week timeline for finished-good products within the designated supply network.
  • •Work cross-functionally with plant teams to understand risks to the MPS and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Interface with plant operations to track real-time MPS adherence and develop recovery plans as needed.
  • •Manage material shortages and escalate/address issues with plant SCM, Eaton Procurement, and the network team.
  • •Report and analyze KPIs to drive supply network improvements in customer on-time delivery, and participate in SIOP/PFEP supply decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years in supply chain, materials management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, or SIOP experience.
  • •No employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN, etc.).
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or business analytics; deep understanding of supply chain processes; working knowledge of MRP; CPIM certification a plus.
