Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, explain dishes/promotions, and take accurate food and beverage orders including dietary requirements.
  • •Support daily outlet operations: mise-en-place, table setup, serving, clearance, resetting, and opening/closing duties.
  • •Operate the POS system for order entry, modifications, billing, and payment processing; ensure items are recorded correctly.
  • •Maintain hygiene and food safety standards, report hazards/incidents, and follow correct waste disposal procedures.
  • •Apply consistent upselling and suggestive selling to maximize revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education or equivalent.
  • •Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant environment.
  • •Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • •Professional appearance with high standards of hygiene.
