Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with leaders across design, product, engineering, and marketing to justify design decisions and align team execution to OKRs.
  • •Work with XD researchers and cross-functional partners to prioritize and deliver business initiatives.
  • •Advocate for customer needs in mobile and web experiences.
  • •Define and implement digital product design standards and best practices across platforms.
  • •Contribute to and help govern the Design System, including scalability and efficiency, while presenting design decisions and influencing discovery with minimal guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
  • •1+ year of experience leading or mentoring Product Designers, with a track record of growing design talent.

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in HCI/UX, Social Science, Psychology, Research, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience working on consumer-facing digital products in a regulated environment.
