Job Summary

Support the NA Sales team by preparing, issuing, and managing contractual documents for AVEVA products and services. Ensure contract templates are correctly released and aligned with corporate policy, review non-standard agreements, and coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders to drive negotiations to signed delivery. Handle tendering and basic contract matters, collaborate with the Americas Contract Management team, and cover colleagues in the US during absences.

Key Responsibilities

•Release and apply contractual templates, ensuring corporate policies are properly followed in client contracts.
•Issue standard contracts and complete contractual templates.
•Review non-standard contracts and support contract negotiation with legal and internal stakeholders.
•Support Sales with basic contractual matters and tendering.
•Provide reporting and cover colleagues working in the US during absences as part of a global team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of hands-on negotiating and administering commercial contracts experience.
•Experience redlining and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•Interpersonal skills to effectively work with executive management and staff regarding contract matters.
•Comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and working with tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Teams, Acrobat, and DocuSign CLM.
