Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement features and fixes in backend services under mentorship, writing secure, reliable, and maintainable code with unit tests and clear documentation
  • •Learn to build and optimize microservices and event‑driven components that support Autodesk’s Consumption platform
  • •Participate in code reviews (both giving and receiving feedback) to learn best practices and maintain high code quality
  • •Follow Agile practices: estimate tasks, participate in stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with guidance
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve routine code issues; escalate and seek guidance on unfamiliar problems

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent training/experience)
  • •Strong foundation in CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, networking, and basic distributed systems concepts
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Go
  • •Familiarity with version control (Git), testing basics, and RESTful or event‑driven service patterns
  • •Clear communication, collaborative mindset, and willingness to seek guidance and learn quickly
