Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive an innovative technical vision across products and platforms for intelligent networking, distributed systems, real-time data processing, and agentic AI.
  • •Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • •Design and build high-performance, production-ready services such as scalable data pipelines, distributed microservices, and integrations with networking systems.
  • •Participate hands-on in design/code reviews and lead technical discussions and strategy.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers, set technical direction, and champion engineering rigor, resiliency, security, observability, scalability, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years across the full software development lifecycle (architecture, design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, production operations).
  • •7+ years programming in a general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
  • •3+ years designing/architecting large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Experience with real-time microservices/stream processing/distributed data platforms or AI/agentic systems and network telemetry; experience mentoring technical leads or engineering teams.
