Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and perform work as outlined, meeting dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose malfunctions and carry out repairs; examine vehicles to determine additional safety or service work.
  • •Coordinate with the parts department for needed parts and handle parts documentation/tagging under warranty when required.
  • •Road-test vehicles when required and document work performed; ensure customers’ cars are kept clean.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training, keep up with technical bulletins, and follow safety policies and regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High CSI is required.
  • •ASE or manufacturing training.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • •Authorized to work in the USA and able to perform duties safely (including passing pre-employment testing such as background checks, MVR, and drug test).
