Key Requirements

  • •Currently undertaking academic study at the University of Birmingham or about to graduate.
  • •Have lived in the University’s accommodation or have good knowledge of accommodation locations (The Vale and Pritchatts Park).
  • •English as a first language standard, plus a good standard of written English.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic, proactive approach to dealing with varied visitors.
  • •Available to work 7–8 hours per day between 8.00 am and 4.30 pm, with staggered start/finish times.
