Job Summary

Lead and grow Aon’s regional healthcare practice across the South by developing strategic growth plans, managing a multi-location book of business, and guiding teams of brokers and sales professionals to deliver innovative risk management and insurance solutions for healthcare clients. Build industry insights, foster key relationships, and coordinate with regional leadership to execute One Aon strategy across hospitals, physician practices, and related providers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategy for growth (organic and inorganic) and client retention aligned with ARS US Retail Regional Leadership.
•Own/develop a personal book of Risk Healthcare business of at least $2 million and lead the healthcare team to achieve regional sales and retention goals.
•Partner with regional leadership to drive a comprehensive healthcare strategy across Risk Capital and One Aon initiatives.
•Organize and lead the Healthcare Industry Council across geographies within the South region with annual in-person and quarterly virtual meetings.
•Deliver high-level consulting analysis and insights to inform insurance and risk management product engagements and client solutions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare risk management and insurance.
•Experience meeting with C-suite leaders across hospital and physician subsectors.
•Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional health care team.
•Strong understanding of core healthcare risks (Hospital/Physician Liability, Patient Care Liability, Workers Compensation, Property, Cyber).
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and CPCU preferred.
