Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points and support timely risk budget drawdown/retirement decisions.
  • •Use risk data to inform investment planning and monitor overall risk exposure and remaining risk budget.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels and run QCRA/QSRA processes.
  • •Create and maintain risk management plans/processes aligned to client requirements, and conduct regular risk reviews with response plans.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, provide advice on disputes/resolution, and support delay recovery, change management, and cost control.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Experience in construction project procurement and contract management, including program management/program controls environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification and facilitation techniques, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with process/value-stream mapping, root cause analysis, and familiarity with web-based tools including ARM, Predict, and Tableau.
