Associate Scientist/Scientist I, Protein Science Developability

Design, optimize, and execute high-throughput protein purification and analytics workflows to support protein characterization across an autonomous lab platform. You’ll run AKTA chromatography methods, perform LC-MS and mass spectrometry analyses, and develop bioassays to validate binding, activity, and stability. Partner with AI scientists, automation engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate workflows into automated workcells while ensuring reproducible, high-quality data at scale.
