Key Responsibilities

•Own annual industry/region data insights work based on deep understanding of the industry/region.
•Conduct data analysis and mining using human capital data to deliver data-driven industry and market insights.
•Support product/service optimization and innovation in response to evolving industry/region trends and client needs.
•Maintain existing client relationships, build potential client relationships, and respond to data insight requests.
•Participate in HR consulting projects and market activities to share insights based on data analysis and findings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•1–2 years of related consulting/research project experience, or compensation & benefits experience (including consulting firm experience).
•Strong understanding of business operations and HR practices.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
•Proficient in Excel and PPT; good English writing and speaking.
