Key Responsibilities

  • •Own annual industry/region data insights work based on deep understanding of the industry/region.
  • •Conduct data analysis and mining using human capital data to deliver data-driven industry and market insights.
  • •Support product/service optimization and innovation in response to evolving industry/region trends and client needs.
  • •Maintain existing client relationships, build potential client relationships, and respond to data insight requests.
  • •Participate in HR consulting projects and market activities to share insights based on data analysis and findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •1–2 years of related consulting/research project experience, or compensation & benefits experience (including consulting firm experience).
