Job Summary

Lead the implementation and management of BIM and digital delivery across multidisciplinary projects. Own BIM strategies and project BIM standards, manage BIM coordination (including clash management and model quality), and serve as the primary BIM point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows and ensure ISO 19650 compliance, while mentoring BIM specialists and driving automation, governance, and continuous improvement. Support proposals and BIM dashboards/KPIs for project performance.

•Lead development and implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project digital delivery strategy.
•Manage BIM delivery across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Process, and Infrastructure disciplines.
•Act as primary BIM point of contact for clients, project managers, discipline leads, and external stakeholders.
•Oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) implementation, including document management and review workflows.
•Ensure compliance with BIM standards/ISO 19650, monitor model quality and LOD compliance, and provide technical guidance/mentoring.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
•8–15 years of experience in BIM and multidisciplinary project delivery.
•3–5 years of experience leading BIM teams or managing BIM delivery on large-scale projects.
•Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
•Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 and working with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Planning, LOD/LOI, and Common Data Environment (CDE).
