•Monitor campaign fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain brand reputation, and optimize operational efficiency
•Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback during testing cycles
•Adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment and work both independently and as part of a team

Key Requirements

•Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
•Critical thinking to evaluate market needs, business processes and user requirements
•Good communication skills as role requires constant engagement with various stakeholders
•Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for success
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
