Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar with 8 years of experience in construction accounting and contractor prequalification (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •8 years of accounting experience in A/E/C construction accounting, including project accounting experience.
  • •Experience with CMIC or COMPASS (or other database systems) and ability to read and interpret construction-related contracts.
  • •Detail-oriented financial review and reconciliation experience with deadline management and prioritization.
  • •Supervisory experience and ability to work in the office in Arizona as required.
