Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform custodial cleaning operations including sweeping, dry/wet mopping, stripping floors, and using appropriate cleaning solutions and solvents.
  • •Wax, treat, buff, and polish floors, and clean/polish desks and other office furniture.
  • •Wash walls, glass partitions, windows, blinds, lights, and reachable surfaces from the ground; clean and maintain wash rooms and rest rooms.
  • •Properly dispose of general waste and recycling, move containers to collecting areas, and maintain clean outside areas adjacent to entrances.
  • •Maintain a clean work area, perform daily housekeeping of workplace/tools/equipment, follow safety rules, and maintain records.
